Simply input in your contact information and answer an anonymous HRSA survey. You will then be provided your own “worker link” that you will use to register your clients, friends, and family members who have not yet been vaccinated.
There are no limits to how much money you can earn!

As a registered "Worker" you will receive a $25 reward for every shot one of your patients, friends, family, and others who register using your Flex For Checks ID get vaccinated.
As a registered "Community Member", you will receive a $50 reward for each of your vaccinations.
